Good news from Costa Rica!
Congratulations to Katy Sealy, who won the Heptathlon Silver Medal for Belize at the Central American Championships which took place in San José, Costa Rica, June 24-26. She was also in the 4 x 400m relay team which won the Bronze Medal. Katy became a member of the Belize national athletics team just over a year ago.
After the games Katy and her mother Wendy (who is a member of the BCA’s committee) went on to Belize – their first visit. We look forward to hearing more about both visits soon.
